The program will be available statewide in 2016. Conexus Interns serves as a bridge, helping students transition from the world of high school to the world of work, and provides the final push in turning students into employees.

Internships take place in June and July and generally last 6 weeks. Interns are immersed in a manufacturing or logistics environment where they serve as employees of a local AML company. Students learn the ins and outs of AML operations including manufacturing processes, quality tools, inventory management, and much more. In addition, each cohort of interns attends two Conexus Interns Summits to make connections, take part in leadership and problem-solving activities, and prepare for opportunities after high school.
