StoneGate Arts and Education Center
StoneGate Arts and Education Center in Bedford offers startup up companies incubation space.The facility offers classrooms, office space, workrooms and meeting rooms. Regional Impact Fund
Regional Impact Fund, (RIF), supports area growth and expansion efforts for businesses in Bedford, Indiana. The RIF is a sub-organization of Radius Indiana with a sole purpose of making investments in public and private organizations that advance regional economic development strategies. The RIF makes such investments in the form of grants, loans, equity investments, or other such vehicles deemed to be in the best interests of Southern Indiana. The RIF gives high priority to projects that include job creation, site development and expansion. In 2015, the RIF distributed more than $1 million to area businesses.
 
Indiana Economic Development Corporation
Indiana Economic Development Corporation oversees programs enacted by the General Assembly including tax credits, workforce training grants and public infrastructure assistance. All tax credits are performance-based. Therefore, companies must first invest in Indiana through job creation or capital investment before incentives are paid. A company who does not meet its full projections only receives a percentage of the incentives proportional to its actual investment.   
 
Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC)
The ISBDC provides one-on-one business advising at no cost to clients and connects entrepreneurs with sources of business capital. Provides businesses with market research and industry data, and introduces entrepreneurs to reliable resource partners.

INBIZ is a best-in-class portal for Indiana businesses and entrepreneurs that provides a streamlined and expedited process for your business needs. Starting with the Indiana Office of the Secretary of State, Department of Workforce Development and the Department of Revenue, INBiz will eventually add additional state agencies with significant business interactions.

Gayle & Bill Cook Center for Entrepreneurship
Gayle & Bill Cook Center for Entrepreneurship is an academic program for students who want to start a business upon graduation. Through Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington, students gain access to high level consulting to start or grow a business, as well as outreach programs for communities around south central Indiana that are looking to grow their small business base.
 
PTAC
Indiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is a part of the Indiana Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (OSBE), a state agency existing under the management of the Lieutenant Governor’s office. IN PTAC’s primary mission is to help Hoosier small businesses identify, compete for, and win government contracts.
 
NSWC Crane Technology Transfer (T2) Program 
NSWC Crane Technology Transfer (T2) Program seeks to license and collaborate with local individuals, companies and academic institutions for the purpose of transferring government protected innovations for commercialization, ultimately spurring economic development and transfer back into the federal government.

As advocates for Indiana's thousands of manufacturers, MEP leverages resources in both the public and private sectors to help identify areas of improvement, streamline processes, and ultimately increase competitiveness.
 
Center for Applied Research (CAR)
Center for Applied Research (CAR) at the University of Southern Indiana (USI) serves as a solutions provider for local businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and government agencies. CAR’s services include facilitation, technology commercialization, prototyping and fabrication, short-run production work, product testing and research, environmental studies and analysis and strategic planning of local and regional economic development initiatives.
